Stretch & Mobility

Whether your goal is to work on your flexibility, improve your mobility after a healed injury or if you simply just feel stiff from work/life, this class will benefit you greatly. Stretch and mobility focuses on releasing tightness in all muscle groups in upper and lower body. Here we use tools like foam rollers and lacrosse balls to get into those nasty knots and stretching straps to assist with stretching the muscle after we've worked out all the kinks. This class will give you the educational tools you need to be able to incorporate mobility work into your own programming or to just simply know how to work on areas that give you grief. Mobility is essential in the body's ability to work efficiently and pain free.
